1 large fresh salmon fillet
1 or 2 Tablespoon. PFSC Ginger-Garlic-Nori Blend
1/4 cup (more to taste) fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 Tablespoon. Soy or Tamari sauce
1 Tablespoon. Olive Oil
2 tsp. PFSC Sweet Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees or prepare the BBQ. Place fillet is glass casserole dish, skin side down. Sprinkle olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce evenly over fish. Sprinkle the Ginger-Garlic-Nori Blend and Sweet Paprika evenly over the prepared fish. Adjust amounts and smooth out on fish as needed. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 25 minutes, depending on thickness of fillet, until fish flakes tenderly with a fork. Save juices to pour over portions when serving. If BBQing, prepare fish in a foil packet and place on the grill. Serve with rice or potatoes, salad and your favorite beverage. Enjoy!!
