certified organic, but will have been grown and processed with the utmost of care. This
you can count on. We bring you only quality and freshness. Each new line will come
with a description of the farm, its location and brief overview of their farming practices.
We believe that is yet another way to bring the best food to the people and continue to

Grown, processed and handcrafted using only naural methods.
Carefully grown and handcrafted in our special gardens in Northern California,
surrounded by wilderness. Herbs grown here are known for their potency due to soil,
climate, elevation and remoteness. Everything is grown using natural methods that will
not impact our surroundings. This is particularly important to keep the delicate balance
of the wilderness mountainside environment intact. Hand tools in the garden and solar
drying efforts are what keeps things going here. We hope you enjoy these special herbs,

Culinary Spice & Herb Blends:
Ginger~Garlic~Nori Blend~ Toss with favorite stirfry veggies i.e., broccoli,
mushrooms, zuccini. OR Make a teriyaki sauce for the BBQ by adding to every tablespoon of blend: 1
tsp. honey, 1 Tblsp. orange, lemon, lime or pineapple juice, a little water and a splash of soy sauce. OR just
sprinkle on a plate of sliced vegetables OR add to a simple noodle soup. Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Nori
